Salon info

We're located inside Studio Salons 9765 W. Charleston Blvd. Suite #106

​

       Business hours are:

  • Tuesday - Friday 9 am-6 pm every other week (usually 1st & 3rd week of the month)

  • Wednesday - Saturday 9 am - 6 pm every other week (usually 2nd & 4th week of the month)

VIP & CONCIERGE APPOINTMENTS

VIP Appointments  (off day every other Tuesday or Saturday and, before 9 am or after 6 pm) are available the service fee is separate from services during regular business hours. Choose VIP services and VIP calendar. VIP Concierge appointments are travel services. There is a $100 non-refundable, non-transferable retainer that must be paid prior to appointment acceptance.`100 retainer is required for all extension installation services at the time of booking.

 

Extension Appointments

  • Extension consultation is required for all new and current clients receiving extension services from us for the first time.

  • Extension consultation must be performed at least 48 hours prior to the desired appointment time.

  • Extensions needing customization (color/ highlights) must be done at received at least one week prior to scheduled services. Last-minute extension customizations will be subject to $100 convenience fee.   

Retainer

  • A $25 Non-Refundable retainer is required for all new clients. The new client retainer must be paid prior to the approval of the appointment. Retainers are collected via CashApp, Venmo, and Zelle. The retainer is applied to the balance of services.

Payment

Cash is the preferred payment option however payments via Credit or Debit Card, Venmo, and Zelle. Personal checks and cash app will not be accepted.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • 24-hour notification is required for all cancellations. If proper notice is not received, there will be a $50 cancellation fee due prior to the next appointment can be made. If you paid a retainer it will not be refunded or transferred.

  • Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes without notification will be considered a no-show and subject to the cancellation fee.

  • Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes can cancel and be required to rebook another appointment.

Day of Appointment

  • NO GUESTS ARE ALLOWED AT ALL. Only the people or persons receiving services will be allowed in the room. Exceptions are made for children (10 and up) receiving services.

  • Children not receiving services are not allowed at the appointment under any circumstances.  

  • Please come with your hair down and free of any braids or twists or excessive tangling. If your hair is braided, twisted, or excessively tangled you will be charged an additional $75 for a takedown.

  • Please refrain from wearing bulky sweaters, hoodies, and turtle necks to your appointment to prevent them from getting wet.

  • Please book all of the services that you need in order to ensure that the proper time is allotted to complete your services.

Discounts and rewards.

  • Birthday Discount: during the month of your birthday you receive $10 off any 1 service.
